Marathongs are designed for running, walking, and relaxed everyday use. Please follow our Product Use & Care guidelines. Misuse or failure to follow instructions may result in discomfort or injury. It’s your responsibility to ensure the product suits your activity and comfort level. We are not liable for any misuse or consequences arising from use outside our recommended guidelines.

We accept payment methods listed on our website. Orders are shipped once payment is confirmed.

Shipping
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after payment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors. Marathongs is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Our products come with guarantees in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If your item is faulty or not as described, contact us promptly with proof of purchase. We'll resolve the issue in accordance with your ACL rights.

Change of Mind
We offer a 14-day return for change of mind on full-priced items only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return postage is at your expense. Sale items are final and non-refundable.
